Tasks and Tactics –
- Understand value drivers of business model.
- Examine, analyze and document company workflows and processes. Map information and document flow.
- Closely examine sales capture process and other I/O external interfaces to the company.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, integrate and automate.
- Compile findings summary and recommended roadmap for improvement.
- Executive Analysis and Findings Summary including discussion of key process improvements and critical path for implementation.
- Provide Team Leader role for implementation of process improvements.
- Serve as point of contact and communication regarding project status and results.
Purpose and Utilization of Deliverables –
Process Improvement – the company will benefit from expert analysis, identification and implementation of critical process improvements. These improvements will focus on ways the company can increase sales, decrease expenses and generate additional operating income.
