Tasks and Tactics –

  1. CXO Vantage will interview the leadership of the Company and those who have insight into the future of the Company and document our findings.
  2. CXO will document the Company’s market place, product offering and competition.
  3. CXO Vantage will document the complete Business Plan including the Business Summary, Market Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Future Business Plan and Financial Projections and Analysis.
  4. CXO Vantage will work with the leadership of the Company to refine the Business Plan and provide components of the Plan to stakeholders in the Company.

Deliverables –

  • A refined, well researched Business Plan.
  • Components of the Business Plan which can be delivered to Employees, Customers, Vendors, Investors and other stakeholders as appropriate.

Purpose and Utilization of Deliverables –

The Business Plan will assist the leadership of the Company in understanding and communicating the Company’s vision, mission and future plans to individuals in such a manner that those who receive the Plan can easily catch the vision of management.
